4. COLLATERAL & SECURITY
- Secured by Land Title (to be acquired)
- Insured under comprehensive land title insurance
- All titles held under SPV for transparency
5. PROFIT SHARING & EXIT
- Proceeds from development & sale returned to SPV Vault
- Profit distribution as per Private JV Agreement
